About Me

I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. I graduated from Westfield State University with both my Bachelors (2009) and Masters (2015) degrees in Social Work. I have provided individual therapy for those ages 3+, with my passion being teens. I find that the teenage years are the most misunderstood yet beautiful years of life.

I spent nine years working for a behavioral health agency in Springfield, including working as a therapeutic mentor, outpatient therapist, integrated behavioral health clinician, and a clinical supervisor. I began full time private practice in September, 2020.

I have received additional training in the modalities of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have also received specialized training in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.
